I support clients seeking solutions to a wide range of issues, challenges and distress.
This is usually achieved via weekly sessions, through counselling (shorter term) or psychotherapy (longer term). In addition to the above I am able to help unlock your potential via coaching, either stand-alone or in combination with counselling. I am based in Kingston-Upon-Thames on the borders of South West London and Surrey in the U.K. I am able to offer sessions in any of English, French or Spanish, and am available for clients nationally and internationally as sessions are provided online via video-conferencing. This means you can fully benefit from psychological and emotional support, or coaching intervention from a location of your choice. The online format is supported and recommended by the relevant professional bodies and other providers in the mental health field. I have extensive training and experience to ensure that the quality and therapeutic presence of sessions online is on par with the experience of a face-to-face meeting.
